Hunting with flintlocks in Pennsylvania is becoming a tradition for out group. We look forward to hitting the big woods of PA with our primitive flintlocks and flinging patch and round balls at white tailed deer. Each Christmas Eve with dust the flintlocks off and welcome in the holiday with the smoke poles. After Christmas you will find us in the woods usually missing but sometimes harvesting some venison for the long PA winters. Here is the video of my late season and the final day to which I had a decent buck come right by my stand.
